I installed PLS-SEM-4 and bought a key license and it worked fine. I was using the previous version that was not updated and then received a text for the update.

When I updated my PLS-SEM-4, it no longer works.

When I click on PLS-SEM-4 to turn on, just display the first page of PLS-SEM-4 and after that, immediately it becomes close.

Can anyone deal with this kind of problem?
