I have written some survey articles but those are not good enough to publish in very big journal. So, could anyone suggest me some Scopus journals where I can publish my survey articles?
It will be great help if you suggest me those journal, which are free cost.

Neha - The journals are indexed in the scopus database by domain, subject and specialty. Visit the scopus journal site and read or download journal guidelines and make the necessary changes in your articles as per guidelines given by journals. You can visit the site:

I highly recommended to use the following tools.

These tools help you pick a suitable journal.
The aforementioned 2 URL give journal impact factors and average processing times. You can check whether it is indexed in Scopus using the links from here

Once you make a short list of best suited journals you should check their web sites to see which of them publish survey papers.
