Is negative zeta potential suitable for liposomes or positive zeta potential?
Some articles have suggested that a negative zeta potential is appropriate for the liposome, and some articles have suggested that a positive zeta potential is a more appropriate factor for liposome delivery of the drug.
Please leave your valuable comments on the effect of zeta potential on drug delivery by liposome

Depends on many factors including zeta potential of the drug to be encapsulated, route of drug administration, etc.

Totally depends on your application, though charges on the liposome trigger opsonization.

You should select the zeta potential value according to your application.
Zeta potential depends on many factors including pH as your sample can be positive in a pH and be negative in another pH. Your hypothesis can be logical but give unexpected results so you should try to know what will happen if there wasn't someone who tried it before.
For example, in a pilot experiment, we used cationic and neutral liposomes on a type of bacteria. We thought that the cationic liposomes would be better in diffusion into the membrane because the bacteria's membrane is negatively charged. But neutral liposomes were better than cationic liposomes as the cationic liposomes attached to bacteria's membrane from outside with nearly no effect.
