i want a discuss about on patient . age 9 y looks 5 yr medical diagnosis hypocalcemia and iron deficiency metabolism .according to patient parent pt cant eat any thing except chick pee and cold water . all tests are normal even Hb is 13 . ultrasound shows nothing is this right . what is your opinion ?
