1. Copy Link: Go to your ResearchGate profile and copy the URL.
2. Email Settings: Open your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
3. Signature Section: Navigate to the signature settings.
4. Add Link: Write “Research Gate” and Paste your ResearchGate URL in the signature and format it appropriately.
5. Save Changes: Save your new signature with the ResearchGate link included.
This will ensure your ResearchGate profile link appears in every email you send.
