I am working on RPL protocol ( Routing Protocol for Low Power and Lossy Networks). One of the link metrics this protocol uses is ETX (Expected Transmission Count) and one of the nodes metrics is Remaining Energy
What are other link metrics and node metrics can be used as Objective Functions (OF) for rank computation?
i dont know what is the role of objective function.
RSSI and PDR is another link metrics.

yes RSSI is one of the link metrics. it is possible that's RSSI affects ETX and Throughput ??
yes.Because if you have a good link i.e., which has a higher energy then you will get more data from the node.
this will increase the throughput in your system.
There is the link color routing metric: it is an efficient metric to disseminate the link quality information for three link colors, it contains two counter for link color 1 and 2 to record the number of the nodes which are too busy and too vulnerable and “I” flag for link color 3 to determine whether to exclude the links with a specified color.
These three link colors present the conditions of A-LLN (agriculture Low power and Low Lossy network) node in an optional link path so that some dangerous path can be pruned. Essentially, Link Color is used as a heterogeneous constraint rather than a scalar metric like ETX and RE.
