Lineweaver burk plots deviation

I came up with some unusual lineweaver burk plots, where a positive intersection with the x axis and a negative intersection with the Y axis appeared.

I have not found any similar case in other studies

can we consider that the Y intercept = -1/Vmax, X intercept = +1/Km

the plot represent a part of mechaelis-menten plots, where th substrate inhibition was appeard.
