This is a recurrent issue. See e.g. :

Inspect the distributions with histigrams. If they look quite normal, run the repeated measures ANOVA. (You state 'a group of participants experienced 2 conditions', which implies a within subjects repeated measures design with only 1 group).

If the distributions do not look normal, or if you hesitate, run the nonparametric Sign test or Wilcoxon signed ranks test for related or matched samples. These are for ordinal data, like Likert type data.

as for the qualitative questions (interview data) u are right ; u can use thematic analysis; about your qur, what is the purpose of this instrument?

do u have different groups and different variables? if yes, u may need anova, t-test, manova,..... it depends on the number and types of variables

do u have one group, if yes, u can report descriptive statistics, mean, percentage,
