I like a lot pJET vector from Thermo Fisher. It has a suicide gene that eliminates empty vectors (self ligation) and it's compatible with TA and blunt cloning.
It would help to know what you want to do with the fragment - is this for sequencing or expression? Like Andre I really like the pJET vector for sequencing because it is easy to use and is a high-copy number plasmid, making it easy to get enough material for sequencing. It isn't meant for expression work though, you'd need a different vector for that.
I'm ligating into pJET as we speak. Great vector, and the ccdB toxicity gene means that there is very low background. Personally, I prefer this vector to pGEM-T and TOPO, as they tend to have higher background, especially if the vectors are a few months old. Good luck!
