the muations of lamin A can casuse many kinds of diseases, namely laminopathies. however, the mechanism is not well understood; especially how can general expression of lamin A lead to some tissue-specific diseases? i am interested in gene expression involved by lamin A, which may be the mechanism of laminopathies.
