I am trying to perform Knock in in Jurkat cells, however I don't see any knock in. However, with the same conditions I see knock-in in HEK293T. I am deducing that Jurkat cells have lower HDR efficiency. Is it a common observation and if there's any suggestions on how to improve the conditions.
