Mxene nanomaterials have great potential now a days. However, the preparation of Mxene not easier like graphene oxide and graphitic carbon nitride. So kindly suggest me a symple method to synthesis Mxene.

Santhoshkumar .S in addition to tha valuable answers by Pierluigi Traverso and Abdelkader BOUAZIZ please find attached a very recent Review Article on MXene nanomaterials. The paper is available Open Access.
MXenes are synthesized from their parent phase called the MAX phase. They are hexagonal layered transition metal carbides, nitrides, and carbonitrides. MAX phase is etched in Hydrofluoric acid to remove the A layer from the MAX phase to produce multilayered MXene.
