In the context of organizating an international conference in "engineering science (IT) and technology ", We are looking for journals allowing the publication of articles that are accepted in the conference. Preferably the indexed one either Scopus or Thomson Reuters.

Why you go far? if you have a journal in your faculty promote it with the publication from participant researchers? I understand there are lots of hassles but at the end of the day you can do it.

Thank you Mr. Abdel-Moemin for the reply , but we don't have in our faculty a journal for the IT area.
Our goal is to motivate researchers to share their research in the future conference, by publishing their works in an indexed journal (Scopus or Thomson Reuters).
I found that ACM / IEEE journals meets this need (https://www.acm.org/publications/icps-series). But, I'm looking for feedback from the communities of researchers and their proposals (price, quality of service and response time, ...).
