I need help on Job Performance for my Thesis. is there any questionnaire that can be measured Job Performance that is applicable for call center agents?. My topic is personality and job performance from home and work on site employees during pandemic. Thank you.

There are different types of job performance scales, and you need to determine the appropriate scale for your research objectives.

You may refer to our recent article "Work during COVID-19: assessing the influence of job demands and resources on practical and psychological outcomes for employees". Among other things, this article measured the impact of working from home on job performance of IT sector employees.
Additionally, you may also use scales developed by Williams and Anderson (1991) or Work Performance Questionnaire by Koopmans (2014).
