I'm going to link the aptamer and the quantum dot graphene by linking the Pi-Pi stacking. But I do not know how much of a volume fraction, at what temperature, how long will I be in the Shaker.

It is noteworthy that the maximum concentration of aptamer is 290 picomolar in a volume of 290 milliliter solvent and graphene quantum dot with a concentration of 1 mg/ml water soluble and the final volume is 4 ml.

Don't you have a paper describing the method? Your approach seems to be very special. If you have your graphene quantum dot from a commercial source, you also might ask the supplier for a good protocol.
