can you tell me what exact protocol you are using??
Are you getting green color instead of blue????
Please consider the adjusting the pH. You can use easier methods such as CASAD.

Maintain pH 6.8 for blue colour. If pH goes beyond 6.8 blue colour turn into green colour.
