3 scale is:
1. Satisfied
2. Somewhat satisfied

5 scale is:

2. Fairly satisfied

4. Fairly dissatisfied
5. Dissatisfied
We need to compare results. For example percentage satisfaction.
But data for one org is on 3 point scale. How can we bring it on our usual scale (which is used for all org) 5 point.
