ISO:5022, Refractory sampling and testing?

Dear all,

Can we apply the clause with Table 4 in ISO 5022 against the guaranteed mean value (Provided the customer also agrees to judge the lot as per ISO 5022)? Can we allowed to calculate the Kpre factor from table 4 and calculate the acceptace quality limit for every case if the customer allows to use the tools of ISO 5022?
