Hi,
I am attaching flourscence staining images with DAPI of my A549 cells. A1 and B1 are different vials.
Please let me know if my cells are contaminated.
I have literally wasted months trying to overcome this issue.

It seems that your cells might be contaminated. I would suggest you to use PCR reaction to detect mycoplasma in order to be sure.

Unfortunately your cells look heavily contaminated. To investigate whether this is a mycoplasma contamination there are commercial mycoplasma detection kits based on PCR or antibodies.
