i am differentiating my podocytes cells which require temperature incubation at 37 degrees for 14 days. i notice that a certain portions of the plate the cells look different. the first attached picture are cells that i would describe as morphology of the undifferentiated but in the 2nd attached picture the cells look like cobwebs. are these bacteria contamination/cells not healthy or are the cells undergoing differentiation?
