For testing the pluropotency of iPSC, we derived embryoid bodies from human iPSC to identify the three germ layers in these embryoid bodies. 

I have no problem to identify all three germ layers in these EBs. At the same time, I observed structures very similar to glomerulus. Although it seems reasonable to have glomerulus structure from mesonephros (intermediate mesoderm) during embryo development, it is rare to see glomerulus as a demonstration for mesoderm in paper.

Do you agree it is glomerulus structure? If not, what do you think?

These EB are around 5 weeks in culture, with HE staining. The link is:
