I was trying to find the zone of inhibition for Lawsonia inermis, so I had to stack pieces of filter paper for different concentration (more no of filter papers stacked- higher concentration). However, I haven't found any antifungal activity for Lawsonia (fungus used was malassezia furfur) i.e, no halos were observed.

30 µl/ disk and different µg extract in different disk. So, you have ensure the amount of extract in each 30 µl for different extract.

Most of the plants either possess minimal or no antifungal activity. There are different procedures to determine the antifungal activity i.e. by plate method and by slants.
In order to confirm your results , you should try the slant method to determine the antifungal activity and calculate antifungal potency by the formula.
However, in your situation, generallly, different concentrations of extracts can be prepared and adsorbed onto filter paper made discs and added to the plate ( already cultured with the fungus) and observe the results as per your followed procedure. Let the filter papr discs adsorb the extract.
Have you concentrating your extract, if not you have to concentrate it with a rotavapor. Otherwise, you should check whether the temperature you use to concentrate your extract has no effect on the bioactive molecules.
