I used Totallab TL120 software for density analysis of WB bands.
But sometimes I am faced with the problem of "inverted images".
The software automatically converted band images to software files, and I can go on with the procedure.
But there is problem with inversion.
When the band image is inverted in black and white I can't quantify the band.
The website which shows information about this problem said to "just click the 'Reverse colors' button".
But when I click that button, even though the image turns back to its real white and black color, I can determine the bands density.
Oh! I just find the solution.
If there is somebody who have a same problem with me,
just follow;
1. Click the "Reverse colours" button in the colour scheme menu.
2. Check the buffon: File-Invert mearsurements

Your problem occurs when you switch color image after scanning to grayscale or when you invert black to white? The best way to solve problems like that is to use another software for image editing and use TotalLab only for calculations.
Yes. I already edit my image by photoshop for analysis bands.
But the problem was evoked when the TL120 software convert my image automatically.
