Thanks ! It's a very interesting paper, anyway as I must perform a cellulases dialysis, I am afraid that cellulose-based dialysis devices/membranes, can be a problem. But I can't find any other different material based dialysis tubes or lab scale membranes..
Instead of using dialysis, consider using ultrafiltration with polyethersulfone membranes. By concentrating, rediluting, and concentrating again, you can get sufficient buffer exchange.
I agree with Jenny. We have been using polysulphone Fresenius/gambro diaylsers for years. You may struggle to find contemporary evidence to support the use of cellulose filters as the industry has pushed away from these products as more biocompatible options are now available.
