The mobile phase is 60:40 MeOH:Water. I have experience with more than 4000 psi. Flow rate is 1ml/min. No system problem, the same system is running fine on other columns.

As u mention column particle size in 3.5µm,natuarally pressure will be high.4000psi is still ok,but it should not exceed 5000psi.
Mr.Dhaval Parekh have you experience of using same column.
Don't ever go above 6000 psi; common range is 3500-4000; sometimes less
