UV irradiation may also be used from 250 nm to shorter wavelength. Literature says the UV can kill the virus and that makes sense, but at short enough wavelengths UV makes ozone, which may also contribute. Here are some popular links:

In our clinic, we manage hundreds of patients with COVID-19 weekly while the equipments for ozone therapy are simply applicable! Sorry, we have not exprienced it!

Italy O2-O3 Federation conducted a multicentric study to ensure O2-O3 immunoceutical success in treating moderate cases of COVID-19 to revert the imbalanced indices related to biochemical, immunological, arterial blood gas, oxygenation, inflammatory markers....upto some extent they found it beneficial in terms of recovery, hospital stay duration etc....
More and more evidence based research work is needed to establish this adjuvant therapy for it’s immunomodulator effects.
While there is limited literature available on oxygen therapy in COVID-19, it has been suggested that oxygen treatment, and HBOT in particular, may improve oxygenation and reduce tissue inflammation.
