Is there anyone used human codon optimized cas9 on E.coli genome editing?

In my lab, there is hcas9(human codon optimized cas9) for mammalian cell genome editing. and recently, one of member want to edit bacteria genome by cas9 and asked me about hcas9 can work on bacteria. Is there any experience using hcas9 on bacteria genome editing?
