Is there anyone here working with MSN( mesoporous silica nanoparticle)? I synthesized it already, but it is aggregated. Is there any solution to this problem? I cannot size its diameter with Zetasizer.

I have worked like your procedure, but the product is very aggregated. Indeed, this is general method to synthesize MSN, but the result is not OK. Do you measure the size of your MSN?

i think the procedure is no problem, the synthesis of MSN is very easy and no aggregation in water, also could be tested the size via Zetasizer. have a try again.

Do a probe sonication for 5 minutes. Agglomerates will disappear.
