As Dear Mohammad Hossein Karimi stated, you can use solid state switches, for example IGBT.

I am facing the problem in simulation of line to line and line to ground fault in DC Microgrid system.. I am using AC as input source and RL branch connected with six IGBT switches and in series to IGBTs i have capacitor after that I have to create the LL and LG fault?
