I was working on MIB server for educational purpose. But since a week I am unable to use the server. It is either restricted or down, I don't know what the problem is. But I want to dock my metal and protein by using this server. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue or let me know what the actual problem is? It would be of great help.

Usually when the server is down, all services running on the server will also be down unless there is a secondary server that serves as a backup server when the main server is down. Secondary server will automatically replace the main server to ensure all services continue to operate.
Although the server down usually the network will still operate unless the dhcp service is managed by the server.
An alternative way to ensure that the dhcp service is always operating even in the absence of a server is to configure the router as a dhcp server. So the dhcp service is managed by the router and not by the server.
