Is there any website that can tell me when this adverse reaction will occur? For example, will this adverse reaction occur after repeated exposure? Or can occur after first dose? Or can be delayed?
Merck and Co., Inc., Kenilworth, NJ, USA (known as MSD outside the US and Canada) is a global healthcare leader working to help the world be well. From developing new therapies that treat and prevent disease to helping people in need, we are committed to improving health and well-being around the world.
I think it would be a great challenge to predict when or even if an adverse reaction will occur. However, the investigator's brochure (IB) or the summary of product characteristics (SmPC) would be potential sources of useful information on this.
There currently does not exist any compendium that collates the detailed timeline or timeframe for development of adverse reactions for individual medication.
For individual drugs, you may wish to consider the individual drug information leaflet which can be found: https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc
Specifically for liver related toxicity, i personally find this resource by NIH useful. https://livertox.nih.gov/ It nicely summarizes information from literature pertaining to timeframe, details of case reports for different liver related toxicity for individual medication
Alternatively, if you are just looking for brief summary in terms of timeline for adverse reactions, the in-depth tab under micromedex has a brief summary of certain drug related adverse reactions. However, a subscription is required for access to this information.
