In general,  twinned datasets need to be solved by molecular replacement if the twin fraction is high (e.g. ~ 0.35 and higher). You also need a very good model for twinned data with molecular replacement.  Your  best chance is asking someone who did it before to have  a look at your diffraction data and discuss your options with that person. It is quite likely that you need different crystals though.
