As far as I know there is not. But GBIF is open, why not use that?

This is currently not possible. However in the objectives of observado.org they state: The data of Observation.org is public.

Therefore I assume that you can send them a mail with your data request and that they will send you the necessary data.

I don't think there is a straight forward export function (unless it's your own data you want to export)

I think I ended up doing it one by one at that time. I also think you can do a custom list of observations once you have an account.  

I may also reccomend you to check http://geocat.kew.org/editor. It has a connection to download gbif and flickr data.  There is an API also for flickr
