Well, you can crosslink it with the widely used enzyme transglutaminase. I'm not sure if that answers your question, though.
I would look for a way to spin coat it into thin and uniform films supported by a microporous scaffold and to photocrosslink the thin film. I don't know if collagen can be photocrosslinked in its native state. If additives are needed I would guess to use a free radical photoinitiator like irganox and a multifunctional acrylate such as PEG-diacrylate
