Hi dear colleagues,

In my country (Algeria), I was present in more than 30 discussions of doctoral theses, regardless of their scientific content, the evaluator's comments often take more time to talk about the avoidable formalities. For example, the number of pages devoted for bibliographic research compared to those devoted for experimental study, the size and type of the text line, the titles of tables and graphs, etc. So I ask, is it not necessary to make a unified model (template) to be used for the preparation of doctoral theses in order to gain more time during the discussion?

Regards
