I was wondering if there is any stimulus which can be seen by right eye and not by the left eye or vice versa. If there is not, can such stimulus be generated (using inherent optical and physiological characteristics of the eye and visual system).

In fact, I have never heard about it. It is well-know that our eyes, due to stochastic effects present in every biological system, are not the same. For instance, I have eye's problem, my problem is not the same in the two eyes, I have different degree of problem, which reflect in my ability to see. Further, I have a cousin that had problem in just one eye. Maybe it exists, but as something rare, stochastic. I believe if it were common, people would certain pin that down, bearing in mind it is curious.
