Career success of employees is determined by their pre-employment behavior. Graduates and their employability is one of the major issues in Sri Lanka.
I don't know whether there is a specific scale for proactive career behaviors. The scale most often used for proactive behavior is the one that Bateman and Crant developed. I believe this may also be applicable in a career setting, or perhaps adapted to fit in a career setting. This scale is predominantly about the personality characteristics though, I'm not sure if that is what you're looking for? Or are you looking for career self-management behaviors and/or career competencies?
