Is there any staining method to differentiate Reticulocytes and Parasites on the same slide ?
*I will like to stain Reticulocytes infected parasites.Which means that, I should be able to differentiate Reticulocytes and Normocytes (Mature RBC).

I've never done it myself, but I happened to read this article. The team actually kept the parasites (Plasmodium) alive to be be able to easily differentiate them from the reticulocytes.

Using giemsa or wrights, you can try to differenciate young rings by morphology and mature forms by hemozoin.
if you prepare thin film, you can easily apply wright stain and differentiate any parasite from the reticulocytes!
I think Giemsa's stain is adequate for this. The stain does not matter much, the shape and structure of both reticulocyte and parasite is the important thing.
