Is there any specific time to observe mitosis in all the plant species?

Dear Experts!

As mitosis in Allium cepa root tips can be viewed efficiently in the morning hours (7-8.30 am), I would like to know that is there any specific time to observe mitosis in all other monocot species. Is there any specific time for Dicot species?

Based on my previous studies on Onion(Allium cepa) mitosis, I don't think there is no specific time to visualize the mitotic stage in Allium cepa. if our FAA if fresh and perfect and if we are handling the experiment properly, then we can see the mitosis easily.
