Agree with Prof. Saikumar. however, you could measure the TBARS content as an indicator of lipid peroxidation caused by ROS.

Actually, i had found in many literature that ROS can damage the mitochondria of bacteria by nanoparticles. So i am really confused. Thank you very much.
