You can use SANISAND or PM4Sand constitutive models to simulate pore pressure buildup. To model the pore pressure dissipation after shaking, one way is to apply zero input motion to the desired model after shaking and continue dynamic analysis until the end of consolidation. For example, if earthquake shaking lasts for 20 seconds and consolidation starts from t=20s and ends at t=100s, you set dynamic time to 100 seconds while the input acceleration is zero during the consolidation.
