Aerosol optical depth is a measure of the extinction of the solar beam by dust and haze. and Radiative forcing or climate forcing is defined as the difference of insolation (sunlight) absorbed by the Earth and energy radiated back to space. for validation. I appreciate your efforts for your research work but still you need to revise your definitions of both the terms you have used above. What you have written are not complete definitions.
Anyway to access the point base observations of aerosol optical depth (AOD) you can go through the AERONET, a world wide network for the measurement of aerosol optical properties. Along with AOD measurements you will have other entities, which may fulfill your other criteria.
Additionally, you can go through similar sites like, Skynet, photon and others.
