Is there any source to learn interpretation of result of AES system of VITEK2 compact?

Hello Everyone,

I work on VITEK2compact for isolates identification and sensitivity test, I have some problems with device.

1- Some results of sensitivity tests not appear any phenotypic result, how i solve the proplem?, can i interpret the result and know the phenotypic, manually? What is the source?

2-Some organisms as Burkholderia and Pantoea, the device not do the sensitivity test, why and how can I solve the problem?

I need good source to learn how i understand some strange results of device and how i deal and solve problems associated with AES system, Can anyone help me?
