I am working on the inselico study of different compounds and i am looking for a software which can tell me about the inhibition or activation of a particular pathway by a compound. Please recommend me if there is any.

Hi, im not sure about software, but check your pathway in KEGG (https://www.genome.jp/kegg/), you will find lots of info about it.
