Do you know where i can download or find the JCPDS cards database, i need the cards of Al.Cr.Ni.Ag.Au etc.elements.Thanks

Please for your information, Powder Diffraction File is a trademark of the "JCPDS(Joint Committee on Powder Diffraction Standards)-International Centre for Diffraction Data". In 1978, the name of the organization was changed to the "International Centre for Diffraction Data" in order to highlight the global commitment of this scientific endeavor. Here, you need to purchase the database.

01. COD (Crystallography Open Database):

COD is an open-access database, and you can freely obtain all data contained in it. You can download cif files and then you can use mercury to plot structure models and save reflection list and xrd calculated pattern.

02. The American Mineralogist Crystal Structure Database:

I am attaching a paper in which you can find the Preparation and characterization of Ga2O3 and GaN nanoparticles. (Proceedings Volume 9258, Advanced Topics in Optoelectronics, Microelectronics, and Nanotechnologies VII; 92581U (2015) https://doi.org/10.1117/12.2069969). I do not expect to find XRD JCPDS files free. So, you can do the following. There are some diffraction patterns that are accessible for a specific crystal structure of a chemical material. You can compare your data with the published one if your experimental conditions are the same.
