Several papers have been published related to culture or subculture. However how can the culture or subculture of a project team be characterised? Looking forward for any oppinion and/or publication in this topic.
I think you can check these notions "intercultural communication competence", "perceived cultural distance", interaction comfort, "interrole congruence" and "multicultural personality". I have been studying on these notions with other dimension under a framework. As I understood, these notions have critical role on interpersonal and intrapersonal communication in a social environment.
