What I am interested in concerning this topic is the following:

- Have you read any publication revealing that those who work at an organization for several years (3, 5 or 10 years) are more willing to share their knowledge with others (colleagues, managers, subordinates etc.) compared to those who only work there for a shorter time (few month or 1-2 years)?

- After how many month or years do you think new colleagues at the organization are open to and also are willing to share their knowledge? Is there any connection? Have you read any paper related to this?

- After how many month or years do you consider your new colleague's knowledge useful enough? Do yo think it takes a longer time to know and/or trust the newcomers after which their knowledge can be considered useful enough? Or it has nothing to do with time or trust?
