I have 300 wheat lines phenotyped in two years with two treatment with four replication (model CRD). Could you please have anyone please tell what is best suited R package for BLUP calculation?
You can try lme4 or sommer. There is also ASReml, but it is a paid package.
ASReml would be the best pacakge to get BLUPs. You may use the following code:
BLUP< -summary(model,coef=TRUE)$coef.random
It's a hydrolysis reaction, which may produce by either acid or base-catalyzed reaction. so can anybody help me with this, which condition is suitable for this reaction?
