I don't understand what you are asking about. What is a categorical example? Do you mean "categorical data?" How do you define what is a "mathematical and kinetic model?" What are "states of reaction?"
Like Yuri I do not understand the question. Kinetic models are usually only valid over a limited range of conditions. Vapor and liquid (and solid) state mechanisms and rates are often very different.
I do not believe there is any single reaction model that remains valid for the same reaction in the vapor, liquid and solid states. Is that what you are asking? Is there a particular reaction that you are interested in? Is there a catalyst?

Then, apart from the narrow validity range of conditions of the kinetic model, is there no tendency of similarity of a mechanism through a similar range of reactions and catalysis systems which can ease the rigours in developing a mathematical model? If this is possible, therefore, is there any published standard treatise on the categorization of examples of kinetic models and their applications in all states of reaction, that I can approach for detailed information?
It seems that what you want to know concerns chemical reaction and reactor engineering. Look in the textbooks by Fogler, Doraiswamy and Sharma or Froment and Bischoff.
A kinetic model is a sequence of chemical reactions, mass transfer, etc with rate constants assigned to each reaction/process. This rate constants must be either known or measurable independently. Based on kinetic model you create a system of differential equation. By solving this system (e.g. digitally) you can predict how the overall system behaves depending on conditions. There is no a standard procedure. In order to build a kinetic model you need to know well kinetics, thermodynamic, math, and surely an experience.
As for me, a sequence of proceedings should be as follows. First, stoichiometry, preceded by the development of a chemical model. In turn: Thermodynamic analysis, if necessary preceded by the required tests. Determination of kinetic equations preceded by kinetic tests in a given reactor system and with the elimination, if possible, of undesirable effects and phenomena. Development of a mathematical model whose degree of complexity depends on the adopted assumptions. Finally, there is a validation of the model, although additional checks may be necessary at subsequent stages of its development. This is, in the greatest brief.
