Did you come across any book or publication that explains the full history of gifted and talented definition ? I mean its development from the first definition until the last ?
i meant a book or any publication that informs us about the history of this definition. Who started the first definition ,why and where , how did the definition change and develop through the years.

Thank you all , i searched for the mentioned handbooks by Daniel (The 'International Handbook on Giftedness) and its table of contents looks awesome and very helpful.
